Procure IT version 3.2 launches on 1 July 2017

New version will be mandatory for all government agencies from 1 September 2017.

Procure IT version 3.2 will be launched on 1 July with a three month implementation program. From 1 September 2017 it will be mandatory for government agencies.

Version 3.2 will address issues raised by agencies and industry. It also addresses legislative changes and minor drafting issues.

Summary of key changes

There are amendments for compliance with new privacy laws and government policies.

Procure IT documentation has also been updated in the areas of:

  • Head agreement
  • Customer contract
  • Dictionary
  • Modules 1 - 13A (new module 13 and 13A based on previous Procure IT versions, no major changes)
  • Order forms (no major changes)
