New ICT contract: Core& agreement

3 August 2018

The Core& agreement replaces the ICT short form contract, can be used now and will become mandatory on 1 November 2018.

To access ICT goods and services on NSW Government contracts and schemes, you now need to use the Core& agreement.

What is Core&?

The Core& agreement is a new, easy-to-use contract. It provides you with minimum terms and conditions to use as a base that you then build on by adding your specific requirements. It applies to low risk ICT goods and services purchases up to the value of $500,000 (excluding GST).
