New Contract 662 Salesforce

New whole-of-government contract available to NSW Government agencies now.

Contract 662 Salesforce is a whole-of-government arrangement available to NSW Government agencies only. It is available now until February 2023, with 1 extension option of 12 months.

The contract covers the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform and other related services. 

Agencies are not required to use Salesforce platform. But if they do, then contract 662 is mandated.  

The contract offers better pricing and certainty throughout the contract term.   

Agencies currently using Salesforce platform will need to transition existing contracts over to contract 662 by signing a new customer agreement.
