Gateway Review System

The Gateway Review System is a series of structured reviews that are held at key decision points (gates) in the procurement process. A small team of experienced procurement practitioners, who are not involved in the project under review, conduct the reviews.

Completion of  the Gateway Review system provides a level of assurance on whether the investment is warranted, the strategic options, and the agency’s capability and capacity to manage and deliver the project.
